Early IT Career
Fifteen years ago, I embarked on my journey in the technology field, often finding myself as the only woman in the room. Embracing my individuality, I carried my computer tools in a hot pink Caboodles, which many found odd but I saw as a symbol of my unique approach to a male-dominated industry. My passion for technology and determination to succeed fueled my drive, proving that diversity in the workplace is not just beneficial, but needed to eliminate bias.

My passion for alleviating customer pain and providing empathy has inspired an exciting transition from support to product management!
