When I was a child I had an autograph book. ✍️

I know what you are thinking, this is not unique.
However, if I still had that book you would see it was not filled with the typical penmanship of celebrities.
No, I would gather the courage and ask flight attendants, wait staff, crew members, basically anyone who helped me for their autograph.
Rarely would I ask for a signature from a pilot, captain, or chef.
I was more amazed and interested in the support staff. They were and still are my heroes.
I have such wonderful memories of how much it meant for them to be recognized.
Things would never progress as smoothly if it were not for the individual contributors.
In all honesty, this can be applied to any organization that has employees.
This is a reminder to say thank you and appreciate those that help you on a daily basis.
Let us make a conscious effort to celebrate and praise people!
