I just experienced the entire Product Lifecycle at lightning speed! Not only that, I took on the roles of everyone involved, from Discovery to Deployment!

But let me backtrack a bit. I'm not often proud of myself, but today I smiled a lot, even though my day began with a setback.

What happened? I had saved money for a new dock for my rescue turtle, Valspar, who had been using the same one for years. I'd been eyeing an above-tank option for her for some time but wasn't sure if it would fit her tank.

It fit perfectly, but I noticed the new ramp was too slick and steep, making it impossible for her to climb up for artificial sunlight. This wasn't viable since she needs to bask regularly to stay healthy.

I was about to return it to PetSmart when I had an idea. What if I used her old dock as a liner for the new ramp, since she had good stability on that material?

So, I got to work with my drill and cable ties and made some progress. Although I thought this was a solution, my turtle was still unsure about the mesh metal on top.

I went back to PetSmart and picked up a non-toxic liner made especially for reptiles. I cut it to size and decided to step back and not hover.

Soon enough, she was using the new dock! I was thrilled to have found a safe and beneficial solution for her. She has now happily used it several times, gazing out at her kingdom.

In this scenario, I took on the roles of a Product Manager, customer, stakeholder, designer, and engineer. Naturally, I had to include photos and a video of the result, which has now transformed me into a marketer.

Now this is what I call a successful launch!
