To all Hiring Managers: a piece of free advice - stop searching for unicorns because they simply don't exist. Instead, focus on finding uniqueness.

What sets me apart is my experience of getting hired based solely on merit, not connections. 98% of my roles came from cold applications, disregarding any personal ties I had to the company at the time.

I consider myself a "triple threat" with expertise in APIs, Identity Access Management, and data, honed over nearly a decade. I didn't rely on user-friendly dashboards; I crafted my own SQL and KQL statements for in-depth analytics.

While technical skills are crucial, I value soft skills as irreplaceable. Effective communication, collaboration with diverse teams, and navigating difficult conversations are invaluable assets in Product Management.
